The Alma Harmony in Melbourne also features a specialised acne mode(IPL) to target breakouts and inflammation, as well as a dedicated laser mode specifically designed to target and visibly reduce redness and broken capillaries, helping to diminish their appearance and improve overall skin clarity.
DYE-SR (Skin Rejuvenation)
- Uses light-based energy to target uneven pigmentation, freckles, sun damage, and general skin tone.

DYE-VL (Vascular & Pigmentation)

The main difference is that Alma Harmony is the newer upgraded system, offering improved technology, enhanced energy delivery, and expanded treatment modes compared to Harmony XL Pro. It delivers more noticeable results, faster treatment speed, improved safety, and enhanced comfort. It also includes additional specialized modes such as Iris Acne and VascuPen, which are not available on Harmony XL Pro.
It depends on your skin type, colour, and concerns. Generally, DYE-SR may be more suitable for medium to darker skin types (including Asian complexions), while DYE-VL is often used for fairer skin with redness or visible vessels.
